A second first-degree murder charge has been filed in Blaine County for the death of a man who was reported missing more than two years ago and is presumed dead by authorities.

An Eldorado, Kan., man was killed Saturday afternoon in a two-vehicle fiery collision six miles north of Watonga on Oklahoma 8 in Blaine County.

A Kansas truck driver died after losing control of his semi truck in Blaine County on Saturday, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
